A special thank you to the Friends of the Library 2012 Big Book Sale Volunteers!

New Programs are made possible by LSTA grants awarded by the Missouri State Library and the ongoing support of the Friends of the Library. In the past five years, the library has won 16 grants totaling $60,000. Funds were used for collection development, automation and new computers, five full summer reading programs, and two seasons of Spotlight on Literacy. Community outreach to area children is a primary goal for the library as it improves literacy in the county.
